The Law Offices of Kevin P. Miller, Esq. are located in Los Angeles and Malibu, California. Our firm handles cases primarily within the county of Los Angeles.

Kevin P. Miller's law office was founded in order to help musicians, actors, producers, directors, writers, artists, and entertainment businesses with their legal needs.  Our firm always strives to achieve our clients' highest objectives by means of legal skill, experience, professionalism, and persistence.

Prior to launching his legal career, Mr. Miller was a touring and recording artist signed to Warner Music Group and Interscope Records.  He prides himself on a belief that the best legal counsel is one in which the lawyer is able to understand a client's problem not just from an outside business-minded perspective, but from the point of view of an artist or entertainer.

With nearly 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney under his belt, Mr. Miller has assisted and handled hundreds of cases running the gamut from pure transactional to complex litigation. He has also held business and legal affairs roles at multiple music and production companies and acted in an "Of Counsel" capacity for several boutique entertainment law firms. In addition to his private law practice, Mr. Miller currently works at Live Nation, for their Artist Management division.
Mr. Miller earned his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law. While in attendance, Mr. Miller was the Director of the Sports and Entertainment Law Forum. He also completed over 300 hours of pro bono service and graduated within the Top 30% of his class. Mr. Miller received his bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon as well, where he graduated Cum Laude, a member of the International Honour Society and recognized on the Dean's list.  Prior to that, Mr. Miller attended Southeastern Louisiana University located just north of New Orleans where he grew up and still considers home.

Mr. Miller is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and Beverly Hills Bar Association.
